Having difficulty placing orders for shopping cart

As the title would suggest, I am also having trouble placing an order for both of the Chase Card decks. Whenever I try to place the order it simply refreshes the page and asks me to place it again. I've seen a few others posting about similar problems in the Customer Service section, so thought it would be best to ask here for help in solving it. Thank you in advance.

Hopefully some pathfinders will squash that nasty bug soon though.

Hello Zerri,

I have submitted the order on my end and you should be able to see the items in your sidecart now. The issue is due to a bug with the ship with subscriptions shipping method. The order still needs to have a payment method attached to it even though the items are going to the sidecart, but the payment method tab is not there. The tech team is aware and working to solve the issue. In the meantime the workaround is to change the shipping method to anything else, which will cause the payment tab to appear. Set a payment method and then change the shipping method back to ship with subscriptions. This will allow the order to be submitted.


Alrighty, thank you for getting that through for me. I'll keep that in mind if I want to snag any more of the card decks that are on sale. And sorry for the trouble.

I was having the same problem and able to resolve it through the steps you outlined.
