White-Haired Witch grapple questions

Doing a gestalt campaign, so White-Haired Witch suddenly seems viable. I do have some questions though.

1. Can the white-haired witch grapple several enemies in one round?

Yes, according to this answer.

The white-haired witch can grapple several enemies in one round, but still needs standard actions to main each grapple the next round.

However, there is any preventing me from simply ending my grapples with a free action, and then doing a full round attack action to attack and then re-grapple my previous targets again? Obviously I might fail to grapple them this way, but if my rolls are good, can I keep several targets constantly grappled?

2. Can the witch move away while she has somebody grappled?
The rules state that the Witch herself doesn't actually gain the "grappled" condition like she normally would while grappling. Does that mean she can move about freely while maintaining the grapple?

What happens if she moves away from the grappled victims, are they freed automatically, or freed when the witch moves further away than her hair's reach, or not freed at all?

If they are still grappled even if she moves away, would she be able to maintain the grapple at range? And if so, does succeeding in maintaining the grapple move the victim up to an adjacent space next to the witch (like starting a grapple does)?

3. What happens if a victim tries to gain control of the grapple?

Rules wrote:
If you are grappled, you can attempt to break the grapple as a standard action by making a combat maneuver check (DC equal to your opponent's CMD; this does not provoke an attack of opportunity) or Escape Artist check (with a DC equal to your opponent's CMD). If you succeed, you break the grapple and can act normally. Alternatively, if you succeed, you can become the grappler, grappling the other creature (meaning that the other creature cannot freely release the grapple without making a combat maneuver check, while you can).

Does the fact that the Witch is not grappled make her immune to this, or does she instantly become grappled if her opponent beats her CMD?

This URL fails for me with "The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area."

Thanks! I think the URL was too long to be embedded, so I ran it though a shortener, it seems to work now.

The link now functions for me.

1.) The only way for the witch to have gotten more than one grapple in a round is to have something that grants her more than one standard action or to have made the second grapple as an AoO outside of her regular turn. This is because her hair is a natural attack and does not get iterative attacks due to BAB, limiting it to one attack on the witch's turn and however many AoOs she's entitled to (base of one, may be increased by Combat Reflexes with a sufficiently high dex bonus).

Even if you release all your grapples at the start of your turn, you can only reinstate one, and then hope your other desired grapple targets provoke an AoO.

2.) Not directly addressed, so DM call. Here's how I'd rule.
How would you maintain a grapple beyond the range of your hair ? (Answer: you can't). I'd allow the witch to move as she wishes, but if she moves beyond the range of her hair she loses any grapple she has.
Her grapple target is only moved adjacent to her when the grapple is first made. After that, the witch needs to use the Move option of the grapple maneuver (although if she's 6th level, she needn't grapple to pull someone closer, she can use the Pull extraordinary ability)

3.) There is no requirement in this section addressing the status of the grappler, so if the grapplee reverses the grapple, it doesn't seem to matter that the original grappler did not originally have the grappled condition. This could also apply to monsters with the Grab ability, as they can hold opponents without becoming grappled themselves. ("The creature has the option to conduct the grapple normally, or simply use the part of its body it used in the grab to hold the opponent. If it chooses to do the latter, it takes a –20 penalty on its CMB check to make and maintain the grapple, but does not gain the grappled condition itself.")

I'd say that the original grapplee became the grappler by siezing the witches hair and used it to yank her into a proper grapple (where she now has the grappled condition).

Thanks for the answers!

As for how I get several attacks with the hair, it's though Unchained Monk's Flurry of Blows and Feral Combat Training. Normally it's too expensive but I'm doing a gestalt build.

If the witch is grappling you and you attempt a CMB check to escape or escape artist to escape and succeed you can get out. I would only allow a witch to be grappled by a CMB check to gain control of the grapple if the witch is in reach.

Furthermore, I would consider imposing the -4 penalty for not having both hands free to humanoid opponents, since you cannot take actions that require two hands while grappled. Not sure about the RAW on this one though.
