I don't see why not? Just play it like a 2h rogue build.
Take the archaeologist archetype, then power attack and cornugon smash, or take blade of mercy trait with enforcer to get an intimidate with non-lethal damage. Top off either choice with Hurtful and you're good to go.
That said, it'll probably be weaker than its similar alternatives.

You look to be spending 18 of your 20 points. You also have a 10 CON for something that looks to being built as a front line combatant. Bards get poor fortitude save so you are really leaving yourself open. I would suggest the following array. STR 14, DEX 14, CON 14, INT 10, WIS 10, CHA 14. If your spells will be mostly buff and utility you don’t really need that high of a CHA so put your racial bonus to STR. Pick up intimidating powers when you can afford it.
If you really want an intimidating half orc build go for an inquisitor. Between their favored class bonus and stern gaze they get their level to intimidate without spending a single point. If they max out the skill they effectively have double their level in skill points.
