I could use some advice with creating a template for both Half-Dragon [Force] and Half-Dragon [Platinum].
Any ideas are appreciated!
The basic half-dragon gets a bunch of stuff, a dragon-specific breath weapon and matching immunity. Force dragon breath weapon is superior to other breath weapons, but force immunity, while hard to get, comes into play rarely, so it evens out.
According to Races of the Dragon, half-force dragons have a cone of force breath weapon and no immunities.
The only mention of a platinum bloodline is in the feat Draconic Heritage, and only dragonborn can take Draconic Heritage (platinum).
Of course, all of this is from a D&D 3.5 sourcebook, so your mileage may vary.
gains a breath weapon usable once per day based on the dragon variety (see below). The breath weapon deals 1d6 hit points of damage per racial HD possessed by the half-dragon (Reflex half; DC 10 + 1/2 creature's racial HD + creature's Con modifier).
what is the creature's racial hd? if i am a half-dragon kobold?

I rebuilt the half-dragon template back when I first saw it in D&D 3.x and wasn't happy with what I saw there. When I started playing around in Pathfinder I rebuilt it there as well. Since then I have expanded the options for different half-dragon sub-types, and it currently stands at twenty-six separate types among which is the force half-dragon.
