Can a wizard's bonded item be enchanted normally by other characters?

Rules Questions

Question in title. If I wanted to splash a level in wizard for some reason, would I be able to take an arcane bond and have other people enchant it, paying normal costs?

As far as I can tell, there is no reason you could not, and you could even switch to another you find in a dungeon if you like it better.

Yup, I don't see why not. I know this isn't Paizo material, but...

Way of the Wicked Spoiler:
A semi-major NPC is a wizard who has a bonded wand of fireball.

That seems to imply that bonded items can be changed and can be other magical items in their own right, but as I said its not strictly Paizo material (although Fire Mountain Games are very good with their rules).

Yes. Nothing in the description prevents the item from being enchanted like any other item.
