I have a bit of an issue with a scenario I reported on Friday, October 2nd in Core mode . It was the 5-14, Day of the Demon .
I didn't know that as long one of the PCs wasn't considered as Core-legal by the reporting engine, that would spoil everything and making every PCs go to regular campaign (I thought it was irrelevant) . I might have misclicked and selected RPG instead of PFC, but it's unlikely .
When one of the players, Steve Fresques, told me about that glitch, I tried to correct by erasing the non-legal PC from the report, but no corrections . Deleting the session and recreating it later did not modify better .
As a GM, I don't have links to report problems, contrary to being a player . Who should I contact to try to make the PCs back to Core, or if something can correct that if I give the convenient data ?

Adding a non-core PC to a session does not convert all the other characters to non-core. That PC will simply not get credit for that session. Adding a non-core scenario to the session will, however.
We have converted the character you list back to Core standing. If a character gets accidently converted, you can send a request up via your VL/VC chain otherwise you can send a request to customer service who will redirect to us.
