how does the demonhide revelation react to the monks ac bonus from wis will you gain both or are you stuck with one over the other ?

Nothing about either one of these class features interferes with the other in any way, as you are not actually wearing armor and there are no stacking issues involved.

The monk AC bonus is untyped, so it stacks fine with everything, including the demonhide armor bonus. (No idea why that's an armor bonus instead of a natural armor bonus.)

ok now does the demonhide armor bonus allow you to still wear armor and still get the bonus.

No. The demonhide is an armor bonus, and armor provides an armor bonus. They don't stack.
