...with a touch, [you can] heal a willing living creature of an amount of damage equal to your kinetic blast’s damage.
Er...different kinetic blasts do different amounts damage. Does it heal an amount equal to your physical blast? Energy blast? Composite blast? Does it include modifiers for high Constitution or for elemental overflow?
How much damage, specifically, is this ability supposed to heal???

It heals for however much your simple blast would deal, with no modifications (like metakinesis, infusions, or composite) but including damage bonuses like high Con and elemental overflow. Since it's not an attack, though, you wouldn't be able to use options like Power Attack or Deadly Aim. I would recommend always choosing a physical simple blast, personally; it's not as good of a deal for someone whose only water or aether blast is cold.

It's also convenient bookkeeping- you have your blast damage already on hand, and that's how much healing you do.

Mark only suggested using physical. It would still work with a cold blast, only healing less. There's no reason to make Kinetic Healer physical only. It's bad enough already because burn is bad.
I'm saying it should heal an amount equal to physical blast damage, whether or not you actually have a physical blast.
