Hello,

I purchased two Syrinscape SuperSyrin 2-month Subscription vouchers (http://paizo.com/products/btpy9dhr?Syrinscape-SuperSyrin-Subscription-2-Mo nths) (for a total of 4 months between the two orders) on October 10 and the voucher codes have not appeared in My Downloads yet. I received my emailed receipts for both purchases already. I had this exact same problem the last time I purchased vouchers and had to contact customer service to get the codes that time as well.

Also, there is some sort of glitch in the system which only allows you you to purchase one at a time (maybe because it thinks they are a downloadable item?).

Can someone please do whatever is necessary to push this through so I can get my voucher codes and extend my subscription before the old one expires?

Hey OuchQuitIt,

We have to limit purchase to one at a time because of how the API between us and Syrinscape is set up. We'll look at that as an improvement though.

As for the additional products, we found a bug where our system is seeing it as multiples of the same product and not displaying it on the My Downloads page. We're fast tracking the fix and it should release with our normal monthly maintenance release next week.

Hi - any news on when this fix will be released? I saw that there was a message about maintenance being done yesterday and thought that might be it, but these two items are still not in my downloads, so I guess not.

My current subscription for Syrinscape expires in a few days so this is now becoming a time sensitive issue - I'd like to be able to renew my sub on their site before the old one ends so I don't miss anything.

Just checking up on this yet again - can I at least be told if it is not fixable so I can request a refund?

It's been over two weeks now and I still do not have the two voucher codes which I have already paid for. I am trying to be patient, but this is time sensitive - my current subscription is about to expire and I need these codes to extend it.

Thanks for your patience while we were able to get that resolved. I've just sent you an email containing your Syrinscape Redemption code. If theres anything else I can do for you make sure to let me know. :)
