Why wouldn't he need Feral Combat Training? Unarmed Attacks and Natural Weapons are different things, and MotEH has nothing to do with natural attacks.

Monk of the Empty Hand does not treat natural weapons any differently than any other monk. Casual Viking is correct, you would need FCT to use them with style feats.
