Can a Pyrokineticist use Point-Blank Shot and Precise shot?

Really quick and dirty question. I'm trying to level up my pyrokineticist and was hoping to find a more interesting 3rd level feat than a second instance of toughness.

The feats say "with a ranged weapon". Kinetic blasts are spell-like abilities that do ranged attacks.

I know I cannot use deadly aim because that doesn't work with touch attacks.

But are Point-Blank and Precise Shot usable with Kinetic blasts?

Yes, Kinetic Blasts are described in their writeup as weaponlike. You may even take Weapon Focus (Kinetic Blast).

As a quick follow-up, would the damage bonus from point-blank still apply if I use the fan of flames infusion?

No, as that is an AOE that requires no attack roll and thus gains nothing from the feat sadly.

Thanks, well, it will still be a good way to deliver burning infusion. And even without point blank, at this level my damage output has doubled.

BTW just in case, let me say that you cannot gain a second istance of Toughtness

Yes you can... so can a wizard or sorcerer who uses ranged attack spells.

Deadly Aim doesn't work with touch attacks, so until you get physical blasts, no you can't.

Which the OP already acknowledged. He was asking about two specific feats, and yes THOSE two feats are golden for his purposes.
