Is there any way (feats, magic items, spending more Ki, …) to activate the ninja Ki power “shadow Clone” as a move or swift action?
Shadow Clone (Su): The ninja can create 1d4 shadowy duplicates of herself that conceal her true location. This ability functions as mirror image, using the ninja's level as her caster level. Using this ability is a standard action that uses up 1 ki point.

Still a pretty nifty ability.
If it's a home game, you could talk to your GM about a homebrew feat to make it a swift action at the cost of 2 ki. That's about on par with the "Quicken Blessing" feat for warpriests -- assuming I'm getting the name right.

There is the Kawarimi Advanced Trick if you just want Immediate action protection from an attack.
