Metallic Wings (Aasimar)

Your wing feathers are made of gleaming metal

Prerequisites: Angelic Blood, Angelic Flesh, Angel Wings, Aasimar, character level 11th.

Benefit: You gain two wing attacks. These are secondary natural attacks that deal 1d4 points of slashing damage (or 1d3 if you are Small).

Aasimar fighter with this feat an BaB of 11 .. with haste would have 6 attacks

11/11(haste)/6/6(wing)/6(wing)/1 correct?

an could they meet requirements for Monster Feat Multiattack?

Yes.

Multiattack (Combat)

This creature is particularly skilled at making attacks with its natural weapons.

Prerequisite: Three or more natural attacks.

Benefit: The creature's secondary attacks with natural weapons take only a –2 penalty.

Normal: Without this feat, the creature's secondary attacks with natural weapons take a –5 penalty.

Not unless the aasimar gains a third natural attack. Haste only grants a single extra attack (which does not qualify for feat requirements) and natural attacks do not have iteratives for high BAB.

The attack sequence for an 11th level aasimar fighter under the effect of haste is +6/+6/+6 (two wing attacks, plus one extra from haste, all at a -5 penalty for being secondary natural attacks).

Why not take levels in Bloodrager to get your other natural attacks?

An 11th level aasimar ranger, with the Natural Weapon Combat Style to qualify for Aspect of the Beast (Claws of the Beast), could take Multiattack at 10th level (Combat Style) and Angel Wings at 11th level, then retrain an earlier feat for Metallic Wings (or wait for 13th level). The attack sequence at 11th level (with retraining) would be two claws, two wings: +11/+11/+9/+9.

An easier way to gain Multiattack is as a half-orc with the Toothy alternate racial trait and levels in ranger with the Natural Weapon Combat Style. With Aspect of the Beast as the 2nd level Combat Style choice, the half-orc can take Multiattack at 3rd level.

This lets them add a bite (at -2 attack penalty and 1/2 Str mod) to their normal attack sequence with a two-handed weapon (like a falchion, greataxe, greatsword, or nodachi; all martial weapons).

Or perhaps you could be a Ragebred Skinwalker. Qualify at... 1st level, as a Fighter or Bloodrager or Sorcerer. Take Extra Feature to pick up both the hoof attacks and the gore attack, then the Fighter bonus feat to pick up Multiattack. Or pick a bloodline with claw attacks and pick up Multiattack using your feat.
