Shield master & improved two weapon fighting

With the above two feats, when you make a full attack action and make your 2 off hand swings with a shield, do you get your full attack bonus on both attacks?

By strict RAW, maybe. By any sane interpretation of Shield master, you simple remove the -2 penalty for two weapon fighting. A more generous reading would also allow you to remove the penalty for an oversize shield, but is still not RAI.

Trying to get around the Iterative rules is not the purpose of Shield Master.

The purpose is to get around the penalties for wielding a shield in the off hand while bashing. NOT to take no penalties on iteratives.

BUT...RAW, you could interpret it that way.
