if i where to take universal as my school can i take school familiar archetype.

if yes does that mean i can pick whatever school power i want and can still cast spells from all schools on my familiar ?

No, if you take school familiar, that familiar's school is the same as your school. "Universal" is not a school, it's the absence of one.
