I attempted to purchase a pdf from your site. I has charged my credit card but I have not received the PDF. When I didn't receive the PDF I attempted to process the request a second time as I was simply booted back to the billing information screen with no indication that I had finished my order. In fact the PDF was and is still sitting in my shopping cart. I proceed a second time to try and process the order, again with no success. I attempted 4 times in total. I then went to my account for my credit card and found that the payment was processed four times total. I have not received my PDF in my downloads section and have not received any confirmation that the purchases were made.
I'm moderately upset that your site is less than intuitive on the purchase side of things. My account is tied to this e-mail and the system still states that I have no pending orders or transactions on my account page. I would like to own a single copy of the book and would like to see my three extra payments refunded to my card as soon as possible.

Hello Ungey,
Your card is being declined due to failing the address verification system. This usually happens when the billing address attached to the card is not matching what your bank has on file for the card. What you are seeing are not charges, they are authorizations. When an attempt to run the card is made the issuing bank is pinged to make sure the card is valid. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds. These holds can look like pending transactions on your end. Since the card was declined these authorizations cannot be finalized and will expire and disappear after a few business days. How long that takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.
