Cypher System Set In The Inner Sea, Help Please.

Do you think that setting a Cypher Core game in the Inner Sea world require much work beyond a generic fantasy? Do you see any particular area, besides Numeria, that calls for anything funky?

I've been wondering this myself as I'm currently considering wanting to run a few PF adventure paths with Cypher instead to help with GM prep time.
