You already know the answer. You stated it in your own post. I'll bold-face the part you might have overlooked:
I have all thrown weapons as proficient weapons.
Looking at the weapons tables, you'll find both Bola and Net listed on the Exotic Ranged Weapons table. This makes them both ranged weapons, so you're proficient with them.
Yes, it strains the brain to think of a guy throwing a half dozen bolas at the rate of one bola per second, drawing each one out of his belt or sash or sleeve, whirling it up to speed, throwing it, drawing the next one, etc., all at the mind boggling rate of 1 bola per second. But yeah, you can do that (once your BAB is high enough; at 15th level you won't even need a Haste spell; heck, at 16th level with a Haste you'll throw 8 bolas in a round, that's one accurately thrown bola every .75 seconds; gotta be a world record even for Golarion).
Now all you gotta do is figure out how to carry them all so they don't get tangled. You might need several rounds of combat, so you better carry like 40 of them, just to be safe.
I suggest a Handy Haversack, just to be sure.
Keep in mind...at that level a monk can punch a frigate to death in about half a minute. Reality goes out to lunch some time before the Sub-Machine-Bola is a thing.
