Decoy (Familiar Archetype) and Deceitful

The Decoy archetype says that Deceitful replaces Alertness.

Is it the familiar that gains the feat or is it given to the master like Alertness?

The Decoy gains the Feat. It replaces the Alertness ability (not Feat) to grant it.
