I am looking at the spell store enchantment for armor. The target of the spell in the armor, does it have to be the attacker.
I am wondering if instead of the attacker can you have the spell target the wearer of the armor? I am wondering because I am thinking if I could store heal spell in it, and have it go off on my character instead of the attacker.

There's always scrolls and helpful allies to fix that for you!
Alternatively, you could craft armor (or have it crafted) and enchant it with pretty much anything. Heal once per day seems feasible to me. That said, I'm not familiar with PFS's rules regarding magic item creation outside of the printed material so...

Arcane adict that does not really help when the DM rolls 4 20's in a row. So I am looking for ways to try to live when that happens again.
Heh, thats some bad luck you've had! Seriously, kind of a freak occurence. Are you familiar with the Jingasa of the Fortunate Soldier?

As a note, Arcane Addict, PFS does not allow for magic item creation other than the basic, already written enchantments (such as +1, Benevolent, Spell Storing, Delving, etc) from Paizo products. So essentially since there isn't an armor enchantment written in a Paizo product to target yourself with X spell under X condition, it isn't possible in PFS. PFS is essentially "If it's not in a Paizo product, you can't do it".
