first say sorry for my English is very bad .... xD and second've searched the forum before asking but saw nothing about my question. There goes, is the template of a weapon can be used in another type of weapon? for example create a holy avenger using a lance. Thx, guys. Forgive me if you've already answered this before.

Custom item, requires GM permission, totally possible and if you're asking about cost it's actually 5 gold cheaper. Those first two conditions mean it's not allowed in PFS though.
Longer answer every unique item could, in theory, be done with a different base item, though some make less sense than others (and some are a pricing nightmare). Holy avenger is fairly weapon agnostic. Different paladin orders would probably have their own version of it.

If you're just asking to have a Holy Avenger be a lance instead of a sword, there aren't rules that allow it within the game. However, the GM can give permission and it is a reasonable thing to allow.
If this happens to be for Pathfinder Society, then no you cannot re-skin the Holy Avenger to be another weapon.
