Dear Sir,

I am new to ordering through Paizo.com and today (2nd September 2015) placed an order 3703664. Unfortunately, when I first entered my credit card details the expiry date was shown incorrectly. I then re-entered the correct details that are now held on your system and re-submitted my order. I have checked in my Account and noted that the order is shown as Pending. However, when I looked at details of this order I noticed that there appeared to be two conflicting messages. The first says a valid payment method should be attached, and the second indicates that payment has been taken from my credit card.

Perhaps you could assist by letting me know if the order has processed successfully or if there is anything else I need to do.

Hi Adrian,

It looks like the card was declined when the wrong information was entered, but an authorization attempt was approved after the information was updated.

The charge will be finalized when the order is processed for shipping.

That said, after reviewing your order, it looks like there may be in an inventory issue with one of the items on your order: D&D Miniatures—Demonweb: Stirge Drone. It looks like we likely only have 2 in stock, instead of the 4 that are on your order. We are unsure of when we may have more of these, so I have changed that from 4 to 2, so they won't hold up the order.
