Dear Sir, On 3rd November 2015, you completed and posted my above numbered order using package no. 832336. My order was calculated including shipping and handling charges at $411.71. This morning (21 November) I received a notice from the Royal Mail in England indicating that I am required to pay a customs charge in order to receive my parcel. This charge is £60.74 or approximately $92.28 bringing my total order cost to in excess of $500. I have received numerous packages from yourself previously and this issue has never arisen. I therefore wonder if something has been omitted at Paizo when this package was sent to me. By way of further information, I have recently received two other parcels from the US and neither of these attracted a customs charge which makes me think that a customs declaration may have been left off the package. Please could you look into this matter for me. I have a further large order to place with you at the start of December but need to establish if this considerable additional cost will need to be allowed for in the future. Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you. Adrian Donaghey
Dear Sir, I am new to ordering through Paizo.com and today (2nd September 2015) placed an order 3703664. Unfortunately, when I first entered my credit card details the expiry date was shown incorrectly. I then re-entered the correct details that are now held on your system and re-submitted my order. I have checked in my Account and noted that the order is shown as Pending. However, when I looked at details of this order I noticed that there appeared to be two conflicting messages. The first says a valid payment method should be attached, and the second indicates that payment has been taken from my credit card. Perhaps you could assist by letting me know if the order has processed successfully or if there is anything else I need to do. Sorry to be a nuisance, and I look forward to hearing from you.
