Just checking, this order was placed on Aug 17 and has been pending now for quite a while. Is everything okay? Did I miss an email telling me what's going on?

I'm not seeing anything that would actually be a problem, so I suspect the goblins in the system may be up to some shenanigans. I'll give things a poke and see what I can do.
