Simplifying monster stat blocks

Homebrew and House Rules

As a GM, I've often found the stat blocks in the various Pathfinder bestiaries to be unwieldy; too many options, too much to look up in other books, and so on. While Pathfinder Unchained offers some solutions, it doesn't go far enough for me. So I've created my own entries (links below). What do you think of these? Do they strip the monsters down too much?

NOTE: for some reason, this is putting a space between the "j" and "p" in jpeg. To see the images, you will have to delete the space.

Just some readability feedback. I think that you should consider switching some places of where stats are being displayed.
Ex: I think that HP and AC should be displayed "first", to the right, together with Saves, while speed, senses and CMB+CMD are a bit more secondary and could be displayed at the left together with Init.
That's just my opinion, it feels weird that the stats of primary concern was not where we usually start to read.
I also feel like Attacks are a bit stuffed away. You could use a bigger font or have a different color on the box to make them pop out a bit more (or something that draws a bit more attention to them).

I also wonder what this would look like for spell casters or monsters with specific special abilities.

Personally, I wouldn't use them, I think that almost all information in the books are needed (DR, Resistance, Immunities, SR are the biggest things missing). But I do think they would be a nice alternative for some DMs, it doesn't look as intimidating as the books at all.
