The second part of my order arrived today and contained the wrong item.

I was supposed to receive the Monster Codex Pawns Box and instead received the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Card Game Deck The Midnight Isles.

You do not need to return the extra deck. Keep it with our apologies. If you don't have a use for it consider donating it to a library or someone who will enjoy it.

I thought of another question related to this issue. Was the shipping I was charged for the cards refunded? I ask because I see in my notice for the upcoming September order that the Codex Box is being charged for shipping once more.

Hello Tharian,

You are not being charged shipping for the Monster Codex Box on this months order. You already paid that on last months. I do see that the system did not choose the cheapest option as it should have though, so I have adjusted that for you. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation (2 actually, but disregard the first one, the second will have a new order number and that is the correct one). On it you will see a couple of things, one is that the shipping you are paying is $13.05. When you scroll further down the email you will see a shipping total of $22.43, that is the total shipping cost including the Monster Codex Box. But you are not paying that, you are paying the $13.05.
