My monthly subscription has been pending since 08/13/15. I suspect this is being caused by some of the items that were in my sidecart at the my subscription order generated. Is there any way to have the items delaying my order moved back into my sidecart so that the rest can ship?

There were 3 items holding up the order. I have moved all of them into your sidecart and am letting the warehouse know to get the order underway. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation for the order reflecting the changes.

Thanks Diego. I see the order pending now with 3 items being moved to my sidecart. However, it's still showing "not yet shipped" and "product(s) not in stock". Not surprised by the "not yet shipped", just want to make sure that the "product(s) not in stock" part isn't going to delay things further.

Hello Ashton,

Our website reflects current quantities so if the one flagged for your order is the last one, every instance of it on the website will reflect that it is not in stock because the only one is flagged for your order. That is what you were seeing.

Our mail pickups for the day had already happened when I fixed the order yesterday so it shipped out first thing this morning.
