What's the formula for the ring of telekinesis please? I don't think it follows the normal rules.
I'm asking because I want to scale it up to a 15th level caster. The max for telekinesis.
Many items don't follow pure "pricing guidelines", sometimes they are " off" for the published ones.

It's "on command" (i.e. - requires a command word), so it's SL 5th x CL 9th (45) x1,800: 81,000 gp, making the 75,000 gp price a 7.5% price discount. It lets the wearer use FULL telekinesis, but at CL 9th, by the time you can afford 75k for one of so many item slots, anything and everything with decent SR ignores it. Tack on that it uses an ability score of 15 to go with it ... if anything, it's overpriced.

Keep in mind that items are not priced by the formulas. They are priced by power first, and similar items, then the chart.
They deviated from the chart on this item. The question as a GM is to ask why.
Increasing this item from 9th CL to 15th CL, may make this item more desirable by more than the ratio of 15/9.
So is a CL 15 ring more than 67 percent desirable? If so, increase it's cost.
