Can't imagine that dino eggs are light to say the least. And being honest Lynn just doesn't want to get greedy.
I did some research, and apparently T-rex eggs were supposed to be the size of a large ostrich egg, weighing around 12 pounds. Not as large as I thought they'd be!

I know this doesn't really.. matter but.. if gunther grows in size as does his gear and assumingly everything on his person.. does that mean we now have super sized eggs in his backpack?

Possibly. The eggs however, might be considered a "creature" rather than an "object", at least for this, so I could see it either way.

Real quick are we still in combat cause it does seem like we may be seeing as the other lizard hasn't croaked.. but man we could totes question him if he's incapped. and if we could speak lizardman.

I just imagined the whole thing that monster hunter does when you are carrying an egg and the monster starts chasing you. The extremely exaggerated steps of frantic fear.

Be glad it isn't raptors. All I can see if the scene in Jurassic Park II when the T-Rex charges the bus thing they are in or in Jurassic Park III when they are getting stalked and hunted because they have the egg.

I do have to say that this is one of my favorite chace scenes. Ive never really been a fan of chase scenes in general, mostly because the options allowed tend to favor rogues too much, but the idea that you are fleeing for your life rather than trying to catch up is a lot cooler.

well yeah i know how RNG's work. But even if you know how they work i don't think there's much of a way to cheat them without really really putting effort into it. Went to college for computer science and it was just a neat thing i realized i had never thought about till the other day.

Carla would casting chord of shards be effective against the vines, i ask because most ranged weapons deal piercing damage and CoS does piercing as well. But either way i'm not sure how exactly the roll against AC would go there.
Id give it a reflex save with a +0 bonus to determine wether it worked.

huh.. just occured to me that the Mule back cords function exactly like Link's goron bracelet, Silver/Golden gauntlets in OOT. Affect how much you can carry/lift/push but not your swing strength on weapons.

guys i just need to share my idea that i had at work to go through this whole situation. Like a true bard i thought 'how can we deal with these enemies and the jaguar cat creature as flashily as possible.'
Solution
Lynn + hide from animals potion + Disguise self(from magical tail) + dancing lights + fascinate bardic performance = one hell of a poi dance which would hopefully distract everyone long enough that the rest of the group could sneak up and whack em.
While thinking about this i also fleshed out my head cannon for Lynn's background a bit more as to why she knows poi/firedancing.

Oh i don't want to take the spotlight.. she certainly does i mean she is a dancer after all. But i'm game for whatever plan we come up with, just thought i'd share mine with the gang.
Also.. character idea that also popped into my head to play off of the old mythos of Kitsune, one that is a bard/rogue combo, focusing on their ability to seduce people and then rip out their throats within a field of silence with their teeth.. yay natural weapon feats + monk wraps + sneak attack = op

During any scenario where we find something, you can simply claim it, for that scenario. As long as there is no party conflict, (very, very rare), it's no big deal.
If you want to actually claim it permanently, (such as, Oh, I found this cool bow off of this really nifty enemy and I want to claim THAT bow), unless it's on the Chronicle Sheet, you really just have to buy the item itself at normal cost.
