SO i am making a sorcerer Nagaji he is cross-blooded with dragon and elemental So all my spells can be acid. i am going to go for the Dragon disciple class as soon as i can.
My question is would it be better to use the Eldritch heritage feats to get a familiar or take 1 level in blood rager using the blood line familiar rule to get one..
I was thinking if i go with the bloodrager rout i would take the aberrant blood line so i could take the tumor familiar feat. If i got this way would my sorcerer levels still let the familiar level up?

Here are thoughts on two different aspects of your build.
Cross-blooded
I'm curious about why you would want all your spells to be acid. It would limit your versatility, since there are acid-resistant critters. My first comment on cross-bloodling a sorcerer (especially a non-human sorc) is that it's generally too costly. Sorcerers need their spells. The price for cross-blooded is way too high unless you are doing it for a dip. In this case, I don't see enough synergy between the two bloodlines to make the high cost worth it.
Familiars
If you take bloodrager in PFS, you are going to have to have your bloodrager's bloodlines match your sorcerer's bloodlines.
So aberrant is out. Your sorcerer levels would not let the familiar level up, because you are not getting the familiar from your sorcerer bloodlines, unless we use some of the other options available.
So let's look at the other ways to get a familiar for you...
1) Eldritch Heritage route
It costs two feats, but it works just fine. You can have your familiar starting at level 3, and a skill focus in Knowledge Local is always useful in PFS play.
2) Tattooed Sorcerer route
You can't do cross blooded with it, but hey... you didn't want to do cross-blooded anyway. This will cost you your 1st and 9th bloodline powers. My guess is though that you would not want to give up both the claws and the breath weapon, so let's pass this option right by.
3) Bloodline Familiar route
This only costs you the claws and delays your bloodline spells a level. It gives you a flying familiar with draconic wings, and definitely has an awesome factor. You could totally have a flying monkey.
That might be worth it just to be able to say, "Don't make me release the flying monkey!"
4) Familiar Bond route
This costs 3 feats if you want a full wizard familiar, or 2 feats if you're willing to have a lesser critter. Although Iron Will is always useful, Improved Eldritch Heritage is the better option for your high-charisma melee sorceror.
Hmm

well the main reason for that is i was going for a thematic approach as acid wielding dragon, i am going Dragon disciple and keeping the class for at lest 7 levels...and the elemental blood line would let me take advantage of the Bloodline arcana from the dragon bloodline. Were i would add +1 for each damage dice to all acid spells and the elemental arcana lets me make all damage spells be acid.
My first thought was to play a Bloodrager and DD that way but the bloodlines don't combine and i can't find any FAQ to the stating other wise...
i realy was tying to go for a reptile feel for this character and even tho there is a few enemies with acid resistance it felt better from a thematic perspective...

Hmm
MY BRAIN JUST EXPLODED!!!
i did not know that new FAQ/Errata came out nice i would lose a few rage rounds but now that i would still get my powers to increase it dose not matter just will have to take extra rage, Im so happy about this ^_^

Except that I believe somewhere it says that if you take blood rager and sorcerer you have to have the same bloodline for both.
I assume in the case of cross blooded, that would mean that you would have the choice of one of the two blood lines for blood rager, but then the Dragon Disciple restriction would require you to chose the draconic. So you are stuck anyway.
If the bloodrager takes levels in another class that grants a bloodline, the bloodlines must be the same type, even if that means that the bloodline of one of the classes must change. Subject to GM discretion, the bloodrager can change his former bloodline to make them conform.
If the character has sorcerer levels, he must have the draconic bloodline. If the character gains levels of sorcerer after taking this class, he must take the draconic bloodline.
Presumably if blood rager bloodline acts as sorcerer for the purpose of DD boosting it, it also acts as sorcerer for DD requiring it to be draconic.

Except that you're doubling up, so presumably Dragon Disciple advances at least the draconic half. Actually, that might make an interesting FAQ: Does Dragon Disciple advance your bloodline if you have the Crossblooded Sorcerer or Bloodrager archetype?
Does Dragon Disciple and Eldritch Heritage allow you to have two copies of the Draconic bloodline?

No. See below.
Benefit: Select one sorcerer bloodline. You must have Skill focus in the class skill that bloodline grants to a sorcerer at 1st level (for example, Heal for the celestial bloodline). This bloodline cannot be a bloodline you already have. You gain the first-level bloodline power for the selected bloodline. For purposes of using that power, treat your sorcerer level as equal to your character level – 2, even if you have levels in sorcerer. You do not gain any of the other bloodline abilities.

The real question: Is cross-blooded worth it on a Bloodrager? I don't think so. Bloodragers have terrible will saves to begin with. I don't think that choosing cross-blooded is a wise choice. -2 to will saves, and losing the morale bonus to will while raging? What you are gaining is far less than what you are giving up, especially in higher levels of PFS play.
Hmm

Hmm
About Eldritch Heritage- if you get Eldritch Heritage first, then pack in some Sorcerer/Bloodrager levels. Do you keep both?
Also, crossblooded might be worth it later on as a Destined/something crossblood, especially if you aren't looking for claws. In PFS play, though, the effective -4 to will saves in combat isn't worth it.
