If a character has been paralyzed by failing a saving throw vs. a Dread Mummy's Despair and then has Greater Heroism cast on them, would the immunity to fear aspect of Greater Heroism negate the paralysis caused by the Despair (which is presumably a Fear effect)? Would it negate the one round of being staggered that happens after overcoming the paralysis?
I would think they would lose the paralyze effect, but obviously still be staggered for a round, like it says when the effect wears off.
