Ok so I was curious about something, someone suggested that in our Kingmaker game that we should find a Deck of Many Things.
Now I have only once used a Deck of Many Things and I only ever drew a single card. It was a good card (Throne). But that was a few years ago.
Now how much havoc would a Deck of Many Things cause in a setting like Kingmaker?
I am curious because this would be fun to bring up but yeah I think it could cause havoc.
A DoMT is luck fiat. It CAN end a campaign. It CAN give some boosts. It CAN throw your power curve completely out of whack. If you put one in be prepared to accept the results and 'wing it' going forwards.
