A few Kineticist questions

Rules Questions

Hey, I'm messing around with the Kineticist on Herolab, possibly playing it instead of an Alchemist on Saturday.

I have a few rule questions.

1) Kinetic Healing: If you use gather power as a move action and then touch an ally, do you take burn/hit die or is it just the ally that would? Is this an infinite mitigated heal by gather power if you don't move?

Saving Throw none; Spell Resistance yes

With a touch, you can heal a willing living creature of an amount of damage equal to your kinetic blast's damage. Instead of paying the burn cost yourself, you can cause the recipient to take 1 point of burn. If you do so, the recipient takes 1 point of nonlethal damage per Hit Die he possesses, as usual for burn; This damage can't be healed by any means until the recipient takes a full night's rest.

2) Shroud of Water: With the Water AC Armor/Shield ability, can you wear armor with this? Does your Armor/Water Armor AC/Water Shield AC stack?

3) Pushing Infusion: Can you choose the direction they are pushed by directing the blast? IE: Shoot behind them so they come towards you/Shoot to the left of them to push them right?

It's a bit buried, but gather power only reduces the burn of blasts.

Even if you can wear both at the same time, bonuses of the same type don't stack, so you'd only get the highest of two armor or the highest of the two shield.

Maybe with snaking infusion.

1) Gather Power only works with Blasts.

2) Yes, you could wear armor or use a shield. No, they wouldn't stack. You use the highest bonus.

3) There aren't any facing rules, so push them in whichever direction you want.

Thanks for the clarification on that. There is so much to read on this class.

There aren't any facing rules, but you still must push them away from you. However, with snaking infusion you should be able to push them in the opposite direction from where they are hit.
