Settled into my new house now, so I have re-upped my subs, can't wait for Hell's Rebels! Anyway I added Goblins Free to my sub order, and this is a small thing, but it didn't pick up Pathfinder Advantage? Mainly checking so it is sorted for further orders I do, rather than a bit off $5 :D

The Pathfinder Advantage should kick on as soon as the first (new) subscription item has shipped, or is in an order waiting to ship with the subscription item. So, you should see the discount apply when the subscription order with Hell's Rebels #1 is generated to your account. If it doesn't seem to be working then, please let us know.

Thanks for the quick reply, I realised I messed up the start of my sub, too. Could you start it on #6 of giantslayer please? And I will add 2~5 to my sub order (I finished on 1 before I moved) thanks

It seems you have sent me Giantslayer #5, instead of #6! I didn't notice until I went to my PDFs to start reading :-D

I have independently ordered #5, which will come with my next sub. I guess you could replace the physical #6 in that order, and just add the PDF of #6 to my assets now, please?

Bizarrely the extra order you did used my old payment method, which I had previously deleted from my payment methods! The old credit card, which I deleted from my account should not be used anymore. I manually changed it to my new one but you may need to look at the glitch and make sure it doesn't happin again, there is nothing I can change
