I feel like I read online that she was going to be available some time around now (end of July), but can't find where I read this.

Can anyone shed any light? is she going to be on sale any time soon?

The Paizo Blog post announcing Ekkie said she'd be on sale starting July 30th. (Two paragraphs below the picture of the card.) I suspect that she is delayed simply by all the activity at GenCon. I wouldn't be surprised if she was on sale later today once Paizo opens and (about 3 hours after you posted) and everyone has gotten their morning cup of coffee and antibiotics to fight off the concrud (so about 4 or 5 hours after you posted).

This might be a bit of nit-picking, but Ekkie's PDF character sheet has separate boxes for extra skills: Melee is in it's own separate box, not together with Strength (and same with Dexterity & Acrobatics/Stealth).

In all other character sheets, these secondary skills are in the same larger box as the main skill.

Nope. Just like the other goblin, Ranzak, just grab some stuff.

Note that starting decklists are just suggestions; what matters is that all the cards in your starting deck have the Basic trait.

Completely off topic but:

I had not seen the water elemental avatar before this thread. As I was reading the text I saw it in the periphery and thought, how cute they have an avater of Blue from Blue's Clues! Then I looked over and saw that it was much more menacing than that. But every time I start reading the text I see Blue again. I think the elemental is actually some kind of mimic...

Hmm. Nectar of the Gods isn't Basic, and if you're running Ekkie in normal Wrath I wouldn't want it before AD2 anyways, so I'd make that swap if this is not just for demo purposes.

Not sure where Ekkie is linked to in the product pages but I think she should be in the same place as Ranzak? (Off the main Pathfinder Adventure Card Game page)
