Anyone know of a cool adventure/encounter that takes place in a well?

Just make it up. An aboleth perhaps, or some redcap faeries collecting wishing well coins? No wait - it isn't a well, it is the throat of a monster and the adventure takes place in his innards!

Prey for Tyrinth in Dungeon 90 is a great choice for well site-based encounters. I used part,of the adventure when my PCs decided to explore the well in Falcon's Hollow.

They did not remain down below very long after they caught a glimpse of the titular character from that adventure!
