If I accept burn to enhance my blast, when do my overflow bonuses apply; on all future blasts, or immediately on that initial blast?
The first sentence says elemental overflow kicks in "whenever she accepts burn" so it's pretty much an instant bonus on that initial blast and subsequent blasts.

You accept burn as a cost of using your ability, so the burn and all associated bonuses are already in effect when your ability manifests.
