Debit card charged twice -- no order number or PDF on my account.

Hi, my debit card seems to have been charged twice for the Occult Adventures PDF, but it's not available in my downloads, and I have no order number or pending orders on my Paizo account to give you. I'm not really sure what to do next or how to move forward, so any help clearing this up would be greatly appreciated.

My card was already charged for the order yesterday or even earlier, but just today you either charged it once again, or did put an authorization hold on it, which makes very little sense since the status of my order is "complete"

Hello Maksim,

The authorization was opened when the order was placed, and we were able to finalize that authorization when the order shipped on March 2. I do not see a second authorization or charge.


Well, my card did got charged twice (or actually, 3 times) -

First - some hours after i placed the order (feb 28), for 398$
Second - for 8$ (additionally, not sure why)
Third - for 398$ again, about 15 hours ago.
