I come from an allegedly uncivilized non-Latin/Greek culture and do not speak either of those languages and I'm bitter as hell towards the militarized, record-keeping snobs.
EDIT: As for the avatar, I was looking thru the avatars categorized 'barbarian' and happened to notice this one had what looks basically like an actual spangenhelm. It fit too well for me to pass up.

Rdm42 is a rather mundane combination of initials and Douglas Adams..
arssanguinus is one of many forms of my most common screen name or identity - 'art in the blood' from Sherlock Holmes 'Art in the blood is liable to take the strangest forms.'
My 'dog latin' mare that into arssanguinus. I realize that's probably wrong. If someone knows Latin, I'd be curious to see what a proper latinization of "Art in the blood' would be.

I don't know Latin (barbarian lol) but I can tell you that I read that as Old English ars (means exactly what it looks like, happens to be one of the oldest words in the english language) + sanguine + us.
---
However with my knowledge of indo-european languages in general (as a scholar of Old English, not Latin) I can slap together the phrase for you with as correct grammar as I can manage just knowing how grammar works.
All I need to know is the sense of "art" in your sentence and I can attempt to translate the phrase. Do you mean art as in skill, or in the pictorial craft? There are many senses for art.
EDIT: Ok I looked up the background of the quote and it seems to be talking about being related to artists, as in, painters, so I'll try to work with that.

Reminding once again that although I am a linguist who studies Anglo-Saxon and the history of Germanic languages and so I understand how grammar works, I do not study Latin so this is the best I can do with the knowledge I have.
'art' --> ars, the creative skill. This is a feminine noun.
'in' --> intrā, within. This preposition uses the accusative.
'blood' --> sanguis --> accusative sanguinem
ars intrā sanguinem
Alternatively I could translate
in --> 'in', that uses the ablative in the spatial sense, which gives
ars in sanguine
I don't know which is more natural in Latin. Again, I do not actually study the language, I just know how grammar works. I hope this helps.
I still cannot help but read it as Anglo-Saxon ars, because I'm twelve. teehee.

It never ceases to amaze me that in mundane life you can go decades without ever meeting a linguist, but if you hang around serious sf&f or gaming circles they're everywhere.
(My degree is in Linguistics, but I do not consider myself a linguist, because I have never actually worked in the field.)

nerds of a feather flock together.
(I consider myself a linguist by virtue of the fact that i study linguistics. whether I work in the field or not is irrelevant)

It's the name of my first Dark Heresy character, who is somehow still alive after over a year of sessions. He's a tech priest who, after a while, wound up being built like a refrigerator. He uses four mining drills in combat, which are also power weapons because my GM let me cannibalize a bunch of power swords. The info on my profile is all his, so if anyone's ever looked at it, note that I don't actually weigh nearly 600 pounds.

I wonder what the wizard orb under Saarath is?
Also would it kill them to put less stupid puzzles in the game.
I miss rampaging against The Enclave and their black power armor wannabe D-Bags, to say nothing of the baker's dozen of Mininukes I dropped on the alien spaceship, the best was when I opened the door to the bridge and launched one right in the alien captains lap :-)
Rampageth!!
