So I have started a game, my GM is using the innistrad setting/story. It's a similar setting to carrion crown for those who don't know. She is changing it over to pathfinder from dnd.
I am playing a ninja, we rolled for scores and I got 13,16,14,13,9,16. I'm a human, normal traits. Feats are Dodge and Weapon Finess: Wakazashi's.
I'd like to do two weapon fighting, so would be at the front a lot. We also have a soundstriker bard, drunken monk, some kind of cleric, and another person might be joining.
Any advice for what I should be doing?

Ask very, very nicely if you could combine Ninja and Unchained Rogue into an Unchained Ninja. Dex to Damage will be your best friend and your dog and your dog's best friend.
For the conversion from Unchained Rogue to Unchained Ninja, do the following:
Add to the Unchained Rogue:
Poison Use at level 1
Ninja Tricks to the Rogue Talents list
Master Tricks to the Advanced Rogue Talents list
Replace on the Unchained Rogue:
Rogue Weapon Proficiencies with Ninja Weapon Proficiencies
Evasion with Ki Pool
Danger Sense with No Trace
Master Strike with Hidden Master
Unchained Ninja(?) > Unchained Rogue > Ninja > Rogue
If you can't play an Unchained Ninja, try to switch to an Unchained Rogue if it's not too late. Switch Weapon Finesse for Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Wakizashi). Don't worry, you pick up Weapon Finesse as part of the class. Then get the Ki Pool talent so you can pick up the ninja Vanishing trick.
If you're looking to modify your current build, remember that Weapon Finesse isn't limited to a single weapon.
Perhaps switch Dodge out for Two-Weapon fighting if possible.
You should mostly be flanking and shanking at this point. Try to convince the last person joining to be a sturdy martial character like a Ranger, Paladin, Barbarian, Bloodrager, or Slayer. That will multiply the Bard's usefulness and your usefulness.
Stock up on holy water. You can throw holy water with Two-Weapon fighting, too. Perhaps having a Silversheen Wakizashi would be good. Consider that holy or undead-bane might be a worthwhile enchantment after your first +1 to your weapon, if you're looking at a lot of vampires/werewolves/etc.

If you're going single weapon, use a Katana. But still, Unchained Rogue is better than Ninja by a pretty long shot, and will save you on feats and such. You still get the vast majority of ninja awesome because you can pick up ninja tricks. Consider getting an archetype like Scout or something.
I'd recommend TWF wakizashi Unchained Rogue.
But really, have you asked about making an Unchained Ninja? Ninja is an alternate class, which is basically an advanced archetype.

If you don't get to Unchain the ninja I'd recommend a strength build; it's a lot better for fights, and you have the ninja tricks to enhance your dex-based abilities. It also frees up a lot of feats, which makes it easier to either go the cornugon smash->shatter defenses route into lots of free sneak attack damage or the circling mongoose route to the same.
Use the katana two handed.
Stat priority (from highest to lowest):
Str
Cha
con
dex
wis
int

Awesome. You're Human, right? Take the Human favored class bonus, it'll stack up to bonus talents over time, which is a good thing.
Plain Unchained Rogue is fine. However, there are a few archetypes that might be useful. You can pick multiple archetypes if they don't replace the same class features.
Replaces Uncanny Dodge and Improved Uncanny Dodge:
Bandit: Gives you better surprise round actions and a way to frighten enemies on critical hits.
Scout: Gives you the ability to sneak attack on a charge or after moving 10 feet, without needing to flank
Replaces Trapfinding and Trap Sense or Danger Sense
Thug: Increases how long you can intimidate enemies, and lets you sicken enemies on a sneak attack.
Rake: Lets you intimidate on a sneak attack and gives you a boost to bluff and diplomacy.
Note that as a ninja, you should consider picking up wakizashis at level 1. They are mechanically equal or superior in all ways compared to kukris, except for their interactions with the Knife Master archetype. They are also thematically one of the best weapons you could pick besides the shuriken, katana, and sai.

Archetype selection depends heavily on what you want to do. A lot of people like Knife Master for the d8s, and Scout for the sneak attack on charge. I'm personally partial to the underhanded talent, and bandit is really useful with that. Underground chemist is fun, but trades out evasion. Swashbuckler can be pretty nice, especially if you play an elf/half elf as it will let you pick up Elven Branched Spear proficiency. The Thug or Rake archetypes works well with shatter defenses.
