The spirit guide Oracle can have life link as a revelation and as a hex. Do they stack?

Probably. The non-Oracle life link is mechanically different and completely inferior to the Oracle life link.

Just saw the updated version. As a GM, I'd say yes, because if you're life-linking, you're either healing your teammates, which is an awesome plus, or you're wasting your class features, which isn't awesome. Mechanically, maybe yes, because one is a hex and one is a revelation.
