Ping-Pong the Nilbog

Advice

Ok so I actually talked my GM into getting a Nilbog character. He is going to be more or less a joke character, some comedic relief and of course be the party beat bag. So when he does something stupid the party can actually slap him around and do no damage.

I was allowed to count him as a Goblin for the purposes of feats, archetypes and so forth.
So my level 1 feat is going to be Roll With It. Figured this would aid to the punching bag feel of him.

However, I am not sure what else to do with him? What class for example.

As for the Spatio-Temporal Reversal (Ex) ability we have ruled that once you are within the effect of it, you make the save and it lasts 24 hours or till you leave and re-enter the field.

I am talking to him about getting a magic item to suppress the effect, have an effect like selective channel but for his ability so his friends aren't as affected.

Really no one wants to help make an awesome character? Yes this is a joke character to a point, basically he is just meant to be loads of fun and the guy they throw into dangerous situations.

I would suggest going something like a brawler or monk and going full on grappling, my dwarf brawler does that and so far he has been rather comical, especially with the antics i have been using to (subtly) try to kill him off (1v1 a giant weasel, jumps out of witch towers onto waiting dragon shaped ice construct, etc.)

Yeah that would work well.
I have several flaws used to give him more comedic feel. But the feats I grabbed with those are Roll With It, Ankle Biter, Go Unnoticed which are all good for a small character and two are Goblin exclusives.

Mixed with Brawler or Monk or heck maybe Sacred Fist (Not sure how bad the Errata is for that yet) to be the little green menace that jumps on the bad guys back and just starts whacking him in the head till he goes down. Or cover the bad guys eyes while the mage cats fireball.

Vexing Dodger for rogue actually have a class feature to climb up enemies that are at least 1 size category larger ;)

Ooo that works really well, imagine this little blue green goblin climbing all over you poking you in eyes and hitting you in the nads and no matter how many times you stab the thing it will just not stop.

Of course, you could just grapple the thing and throw it, but it will just bounce. Ping-Pong is good at bouncing!
