Pathfinder Battles minis and case incentive

I am a subscriber for the mini line (Pathfinder Battles) and when I tried to order the Rusty Dragon Inn case incentive, it said I needed to add a case of the Rusty Dragon Inn minis to complete the order. I thought a subscription would automatically pre-order the case for me so I would just have to add the case incentive if I wanted it. Am I doing something wrong? Do I actually need to add the case to the pre-order to get the case incentive even though I have the subscription? Is there a way to have the case incentive automatically added to the subscription as well?

Hello Michael,

You do not need to order the case incentive. When the subscription order is generated both the case and the case incentive will be generated to the order.

It's currently in my cart. Should I remove it then? Just want to make sure I get 1, not 0 or 2. Thanks.

Hello Michael,

It should be fine in your cart but it wouldn't hurt to remove it if you aren't going to be buying one beyond the one the subscription will generate.
