Bounty hunter slayer grapple + dirty trick rules

Rules Questions

Bounty hunter at lvl 2 gets:

Quote:
At 2nd level, anytime a bounty hunter is able to deal sneak attack damage to a studied target, he can instead attempt to hamper the target. The bounty hunter must declare that he's using this ability before the attack roll is made. If the attack hits, it deals damage normally, but instead of rolling sneak attack damage, the bounty hunter can attempt a dirty trick combat maneuver against the studied target as a free action, adding 1 to the combat maneuver check for each die of the bounty hunter's sneak attack damage. This combat maneuver does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

I assume this works in tandem with his lvl 6 ability:

Quote:
At 6th level, when a bounty hunter attempts a grapple combat maneuver check to deal damage, he can choose to add his sneak attack damage to the grapple damage for that attack. He takes a –5 penalty on the combat maneuver check if he does this.

He grapples, and then if he goes for damage on the next grapple he gets his sneak. Since he gets to deal sneak attack damage he can, as a free action, choose not to deal this damage but instead roll for a dirty trick.

But what happens if the slayer has the Strangler combat feat and combat stamina?
Strangler:

Quote:
Whenever you successfully maintain a grapple and choose to deal damage, you can spend a swift action to deal your sneak attack damage to the creature you are grappling.
Stamina benefit:
Quote:
As long as you have at least 1 stamina point in your stamina pool, you can automatically deal your sneak attack damage to a creature you are grappling when you successfully maintain the grapple, instead of taking a swift action to deal damage.

Normally it would have been:

Standard action grapple to maintain and deal damage.
If you take a -5 you get to do your sneak attack damage as a bonus. >
Swift action deal your sneak attack damage

With grappling and dirty trick feats does this become:
Standard: grapple
Move (gr grapple): grapple for damage at -5 >
Damage + sneak
Replace sneak for dirty trick
Strangler procs as a free action, deals sneak attack damage
Replace sneak attack damage for dirty trick
Upgrade condition due to dirty trick master
Swift action (rapid grappler): grapple for damage at -5
Replace sneak for dirty trick
Free action strangler sneak
Replace sneak for dirty trick

And possibly end with a creature that could be p.e. pinned, grappled, nauseated in 1 round? (Assuming you stat adjustment and you have already studied the target the previous round)

Or even entagled, blind, nauseated, grappled
With no standard action to either break the grapple or remove the conditions?

Edit:
Sample build
Half orc bounty hunter 9/-Brawler 2

Bh1)expertise
Bh2)-
Bh3)imp dirty trick
Bh4)imp grapple (kurgess faithful combat style2)
Bh5)combat stamina
Bh6)(human fcb) greater grapple (kurgess 6)
Bh7)greater dirty trick
Bh8)(combat trick) strangler
Brawler1)ius, quick grapple
Bh9)-
Brawler2)surprise maneuver, dirty trick master

assuming you have flank for the first round, would the cmb's for the above build be something like:
grapple:
11+1trait+6str+2brawling enchant+2dusty rose prism in wayfinder +2 study +2 gauntlents of skilled maneuver (grapple) + 4 (gr grapple) +3 surprise maneuver +2 dan bong =
cmb: +35
grapple for damage
cmb: +30 (opponent -2 to cmd due to -4 dex)

dirty trick:
11+1trait+6str+2dusty rose prism in wayfinder +2 study + 4 (gr trick) +3 surprise maneuver +3 dirty trick
cmb: +32 (opponent -2 to cmd from grappled)

dirty trick
cmb: +32 (opponent -2 to cmd and loses all dex bonus to cmd from blinded)
