I can see the wording is different, but are these equally-available rage powers really meant to offer you scaling to-hit for a mirror AC penalty, or the same without? If so, what're you gaining for sapping your AC, the bonus to non-melee and non-thrown-weapon attack rolls? The bonus lacking a type? Perhaps my source misprinted but if so what's the right version?

Yeah, it looks like the difference is the type of bonus. Untyped will stack with everything at the cost of AC while the competence bonus may be a wash since it is one of the more common bonuses?

They also qualify you for different powers; you can't spread the effects of the accurate stance among your allies. (At least, as far as I know.)

Torbyne has the biggest difference, Type matters. Also as a minor bonus Reckless Stance affects non-thrown ranged weapons like bows and spell attacks rolls.

One is an archer. The other isn't.
