I've just looked at my subscription and I am missing Deck 3 - it was there last week and was showing as next order, alongside the Ekkie Character Mat. Today, The Ekkie Character mat shows as 'Not Shipped' and Deck 3 has vanished completely. The order history shows 'Last Order' as Deck 2 and 'Next Order' as Deck 4. Can you see what's happened please? Am I going to get an overcharge on postage now?

If you're looking at the "My Subscriptions" page right now -
Sorry for any confusion with things! The system is still in the process of generating subscription orders to accounts for this month. When it processes ends up taking more than a day (which is usually does), they My Subscriptions page can have some display issues until that process is finished.
So, your Deck 3 should still get generated for this month, the system just hasn't gotten to you yet. You'll get an order confirmation email when it does.
