Into the Wastes! Post Apocalyptic Adventure

I have been going through a backlog of my previous work lately, and the relatively recent release of Fallout 4 got me nostalgic for some post apocalyptic adventuring. I have a pretty well fleshed out system for this, and was wondering if anyone else would be interested?

What I would ideally like is someone interested in the genre to take a look over the work and see if it suits their playstyle and give me a little feedback.
