Unable to report on 1-1A

I created a home event for SotR adventure 1 (Event 63203). But when I try to report on a session for 1-1A, the page only displays the boxes for the character number and whether the character has died. No other boxes display.

I entered the character number and clicked Save This Session, and received an error that "One or more required fields are missing." There are no other fields to fill in.

Has anyone else had trouble reporting 1-1A? If I select any of the later sessions, the page displays correctly.

I reported 1-1A as late as early this week and was able to report it but it may have broken later.

I reported yesterday as well, but only 1-1B and 1-1D.

1-1A is not appearing on the list of scenarios when you edit a session, and if you have it already added, it doesn't bring up the right fields.

1-1A had some misconfigurations. Minor sorcery was invoked and all is now as it should be. It's working fine in our test runs, please try your reporting again and let me know if you encounter any issues.
