I created at home event 63203 for the the scenarios from adventure 1 from the Season of the Righteous (card game organized play), but I am unable to report on scenario 1-1A.
When I click Report and select 1-1A, I get a screen whose bottom part has three columns: Character #, Character Died, and buttons to delete the row. This is not how a card game organized play screen should look; if I select a scenario later than 1-1A, I get the correct screen.
If I fill in my character number and click save, I get an error "One or more required fields are missing".
If I create a new event, 1-1A is not available to select.

The scenario had some miss-configured data. All is well now, try again and let me know if you are still seeing an issue.

Further issue with reporting. It appears that Scenario 1-0A has been removed from the list of available scenarios for events. It was previously listed with the other Season of the Righteous scenarios.
I have completed four separate demos that I need to report and am unable to because the scenario is no longer listed? I am hopeful you will see this Cort and help out.
