Help me build an NPC party (minor SnS spoilers)

Advice

My PCs are about to take on the slanderers in hell harbor. I love the personalities but the sheets are so unoptimized that it is not funny.

My PCs:
All 11th level
tiefling blackblade Kensai magus, standard SG crit build for offense with an AC of 40
Dwarf Martial artist monk with dragon style, AC 30 gets buffed alot and grapples very well
Gnome prankster bard, not very optimized but but buffs the rest of the PCs decently
Teifling cleric, casts mostly also buffs the PCs a fair bit.
Were croc witch, lots and lots of will save or die hear. Some fort thrown in for good measure.

For my NPCs, I want a powerful martial character that uses unarmed strikes and is mostly not monk, a diva buffer bard that uses the fear song alot, and conjurer wizard.

Also what escape and back up planes would you have in place.

I house rule that the save feats get the improved version built into them and that planer binding has a HD limit of 2x your character level. creatures that match you alignment only count as 2/3s their HD for purposes of control.

Is a divine class acceptable? You could make some really good martial combatants that use their fist and fist only if your willing to accept that they are divine.

IF you want pure martial look at lore warden based on constriction. Grab, disable, and crush your victim.

A divine class is ok, I was thinking about brawler but what were you thinking of?

honestly there are enough options to choose from its hard to even properly discuss them all so id have to hit highpoints.

My favorite is probably going to be a battle oracle who simply has no charisma. He has top tier potential for CMB and two free eats for one maneuver, weapon focus for free, improved critical for free, and heavy armor potential. You could even potentially go war sighted archetype so that you could change how you fight on the fly if one style just isn't enough. Though the main reason to go with this is for your maneuver(s) as your getting 50% better than Full BAB is the main draw (with the FCB). conservatively that would be +20 to a single combat maneuver without including strength mods or any other feats beyond what was handed to you in a single revelation and the favored class bonus.

Inquisitor or inquisitor 10/monk1 is also a pretty decent option for damage. Inquisitor brings bane for stable damage, has a domain, and more while a monk would give flurry and a feat. The domain is offers anything you want from heroism boosting him and his pals while demon offers extra damage and accuracy for all your attacks.

Third, a sacred fist warpriest is very close to a monk but isn't one. many claim that he is the monks bigger brother now and not without some cause.

Finally, search out any number of constrictor builds. Being humanoid and being able to crush your foes while crippling them is very cinematic.
